This is my final university project and is entirely self driven. I targeted the issues of stress and anxiety caused by the unpredictable challenges of daily life. 

Breathing is scientifically proven to almost instantly activate the parasympathetic nervous system and aid in times of stress and anxiety. My designs provide individuals with physical reminders to optimize their breathing through a self-controlled interaction, allowing them to re-focus and de-stress.
